CORPORATE FORUM ON SUSTAINABLE FINANCE
FORUM

This Forum brings together 25 leading European companies
with strong commitments to sustainability and sustainable finance. Its main objectives are to promote use of GSSS (Green, Social, Sustainability and Sustainability-linked) financial instruments, share best and innovative financial practices in ESG, monitor relevant trends in both markets and regulatory environments, and contribute collectively to regulatory developments by providing feedback on behalf of Forum members.
WHICH FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS ARE INVOLVED (LIST MAY EVOLVE)
– GSSS bonds
– GSSS loans
– GSSS facilities (RCF)
– Other GSSS instruments, current or future
These instruments help channel capital flows to projects that facilitate the green transition.
COMMITMENTS
– Promote innovation in sustainable finance
– Integrate state-of-the-art sustainability more deeply into corporate financial strategies
– Raise corporate visibility in sustainable development internationally
– Actively participate in the development of standards and regulatory frameworks governing sustainable financial instruments
– Leverage expertise and promote best practices in reporting on the impact of strategies implemented
– Share opinion and views related to rating agencies and how best to integrate sustainability criteria.
Sustainable finance is an amazing challenge for both issuers
and investors. It’s increasingly essential as investors adapt swiftly
to these new trends—and become more and more inclined to invest in sustainable initiatives. For this reason, the Forum offers members an opportunity to be at the forefront of the transition to a sustainable, low-carbon model.
